    2021 Trade deadline deals thread.

    As was stated in the general thread, Cruz to TB.

    The complete deal is Nelson Cruz and Calvin Faucher to the Rays and Joe Ryan and Drew Strotman to the Twins

          Mets to get Rich Hill from Tampa for relief pitcher Tommy Hunter and another player. TB seems to be busy aren't they?

                      From what I've read they are happy with the five guys they have in the rotation right now and were looking for additional arms for the pen.

                          Wow, Hill has been really outstanding for the Rays this year and their bullpen has been outstanding also, this is weird unless it's about $$$$$$.
                          Now coming up to bat for the White Sox is the Mighty Mite, Nelson Fox.

                                              Frazier is a career league average player who has had one great half season. There's zero guarantee that Frazier will keep these numbers up even for the rest of 2021, yet alone for the second year of control.

                                                  Even his career average production would have been an upgrade, and in the Padres’ lineup he’ll see lots of fastballs.
