      Not to get political, but some of that from Mays or Aaron might have had something to do with race. I realize the game was different back then also, as all of them were as the entire culture is, but can you honestly picture an African American male showboating in 1972 or 1965? Let's get serious. Lots of guys do batflips these days including AJ Perizynski who had a couple big ones in his career.

            Ali made what was up until then bad sportsmanship the norm. And said he picked it up from watching professional wrestling on TV when he was growing up. Devolution?
