Yesterday, I told the token Cub fan in my office that we would beat the Twins last night. He responded that I jinxed the Sox and they would lose. I told him his "religion" was into jinxes, mine did not buy into that ****.
As soon as the final score of last night's game posted, he texted me "Now do you believe in jinxes?"
That got me thinking that perhaps I have a previously unknown superpower to effect global events.
I will move all hurricanes to the middle of the ocean.
Wipe out all diseases.
Have a 100% winning record whenever I buy Lottery tickets.
