Actually a pretty decent return. Nastrini's stuff is really good and powerful across the board, though he has some control issues. Leasure could be in our bullpen very soon if he can also harness his control.

Thompson is on the IL? They seem most upset about losing Nastrini for two high-ERA guys. Boo hoo.

The Houston Astros and Chicago White Sox are in agreement on a deal that will send right-handed reliever Kendall Graveman to the Astros, sources tell ESPN.

This is another win for Hahn. He's so much better at selling than buying. I guess he's the perfect GM to run things for this trade deadline, but he should still be fired the day after the season ends.

Nastrini is a top 10 prospect in the Dodgers system (that's top 5 in most systems) who has shot up the rankings this year, MLB.com gives him an ETA of 2024. Big time fastball/slider combo. The other guy (Leasure) is a future bullpen option, but I much prefer this approach of acquiring potential bullpen options than the approach of overpaying for the likes of Graveman/Kelly/etc. Trace Thompson coming back is funny.

This far exceeds the return I was expecting for two guys who are gone after this year and who have been inconsistent all year long, to say the least.
