    Nellie had more doubles than strikeouts every year from 1950 to 1963, and more triples (12) than strikeouts (11) in 1951 (682 plate appearances.)

      I know there was a lot of talk last week around here about tanking and draft position. I hate the Twins. I want the Sox to sweep the Twins. I love the White Sox. As much as they've pissed me off this year, I want them to finish above .500. Go Sox.

        A horrible season winds down but at least we beat out the Twins and Tony retires.
