Killer was probably Zavala's fly to deep left in the fourth with 2 on that Daza ran down. Didn't help that Tomlinson's strike zone was this amorphous blob that moved from inning to inning and hitter to hitter.
To say Thursday is now must win is an absolute understatement.I want my $2

That said, I don’t think it’s hopeless; they have to make some good decisions and those decisions have to work out, but it’s not like the cupboard is bare. Just need a new manager, a LH hitting RF (Oscar Colas), a trade for a LH hitting infielder (send Burger to Colorado for Ryan McMahon), and use money saved by letting Abreu walk to sign Willson Contreras to catch.
