The Giants are finding utility in former Sox players. Luis Gonzalez is handling the LH side of a platoon quite well in RF. Rodon is pitching like an ace.

I expect the Giants to figure out how to use Mercedes RH bat usefully, especially given that their primary RH DHs have been Darin Ruf and Wilmer Flores.
