Another solid pitching performance. Maybe Kopech can go 6 innings next time?

Anytime Hendriks wants to cut down on the unnecessary drama would be fine with me.

Ruiz, Sousa and McGuire were the unsung heroes today.

Harrison has been very good too. A nice pickup as it turns out.

Another series win, might as well sweep tomorrow.
Now coming up to bat for the White Sox is the Mighty Mite, Nelson Fox.

Great job of blocking balls in the dirt by McGuire, so far a really good trade.

I love how Grandall hit the game winner in the 6th in the hole. One thing about Cash, he uses various shifts way too much, really bit him in the butt today.

Another solid win. Sox spotted them a run in the 1st but Tampa returned the favor later, so Jose’s 2-run HR and solid relief pitching was the difference. So far Ruiz looks like a better pitcher. Don’t remember him having an effective change up before; did he?

Liam giving the fans some extra 'excitement' on his own bobblehead day.

Hendriks is certainly making life interesting for a closer isn't he?

Nice to get the win, just enough offense again today on another cool day at least it was sunny.

Appeared to be a nice crowd considering the coolness.

Disappointing news on Moncada though, he may be out longer than first anticipated.

27,000+, very good on a pretty chilly day.
Didn't hear the news on Moncada, what's up?

Apparently he is still experiencing discomfort and there is “no timetable” for his return.

Take your time, Yoan. No reason to rush things. We need you in top form later this season.

Thanks, as long as Burger is doing the job they need to make sure Yoan is 100% before he returns.

                            TLR's comments on Moncada:

Manager Tony La Russa said on April 16 that Moncada was still feeling discomfort in the oblique. He has been on the IL since April 4.

“Still not good. He’s getting better, but there’s still some discomfort when he makes certain moves,” La Russa said. “He’s going to have to be able to go full bore, with the swings and the workouts and the running, before you can realistically say, ‘Hey, X days from now.’”

La Russa said Moncada felt pain when swinging, doing defensive work and running.

Had to follow on Gamecast because was at picnic at a winery and the reception was terrible. Of course it locked up completely with the bases loaded, 2 outs and the count 2-2 in the 9th. By the time I got it reloaded game was over.

Jose gets his first. Robert stealing the winning run. Kopech looking sweet and getting quality shutdown innings from Ruiz and Sousa. Deep team is deep...
