Apparently, they were allowed to carry a 27th man today.

The AED paddles were working overtime on me. The doc started to pull the white sheet over me when the first pitch came to TA7.....

                      Well...

I could say a lot of things right now.

I'll just leave it by saying they won the game and that's the most important thing after the bullpen pissed away another big late lead.

                      Win the series Saturday guys.

Tim Anderson is a money ballplayer.

Beating the Yankees never gets old.

This team doesn't quit. They haven't quit all year and people still doubt them. Keep on doubting. Keep on hating. Keep on not enjoying this incredible season happening in front of your eyes after 5 years of pathetic and horrible baseball. Every Sox fan has waited for this, it's here now and if you can't enjoy what's happening and just want to wade in negativity then go right ahead.

                          THANK YOU T.A.!!!!

Engel has "groin tightness" so he was removed as a precaution.

This is how you know this team has arrived. Hendriks gave up two big home runs, and it hurt like hell. I was down in the dumps and ready to be upset for the rest of the night. Then, TA saves the day, and all I could do was stand up and walk out of the room in disbelief. A split second before I saw the homer on TV, I saw Vinnie Duber spoil it on Twitter, but I couldn't believe it when I read it, and I believed it even less when I saw it.

The bottom line is it's both nerve-wracking and wonderful to care this much about our team again. The rest of the season is going to have its ups and downs, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
