    This guy was amazing in 2020. With his stuff, it would not surprise me at all if he made the All Star Game as early as 2022. After all, rebuilding teams with no stars are often represented at the ASG by their best reliever.

    I agree with HomeFish. Heuer will likely soon be the Cubs closer.

      He came out of nowhere as a 6th round pick to have a great 2020 and then become a useful trade piece to help us get an all-star reliever. I sincerely appreciate what he's done for the Sox even with his struggles this year. I wish him the best in his career except when playing against the Sox or when a Cubs playoff berth is on the line.

        Dude was shutdown last season. The .367 BABIP against him coupled with the sub-4 FIP indicates to me he’s had some bad luck to go along with some of the command issues he’s had, but I think he’ll be a decent reliever for a while in the game. Good luck to him.
