Interesting ESPN article on TLR, players, "old school", analytics, team chemistry, etc.

The White Sox roster is one of the youngest, most vibrant -- and best -- in baseball. Their manager is a 76-year-old traditionalist. But this season, they're making the unusual pairing work.

Thanks for sharing....really enjoyed it. What I take from TLR and TA is that there is so much respect in that clubhouse that people are encouraged and allowed to be their own person and find what works best for the team. It's awesome in life when you know people support you and allow you to make mistakes to learn and grow.

In typical ESPN fashion, this reads like it was written by a guy who has watched maybe 5 Sox games at best. Perhaps he read some Tweets about Yermin Mercedes swinging 3-0 and his career being subsequently ruined.

What we do know?. This turd is getting his “insider Sox info” from Joe Maddon biographer and all-around clown shoe Jesse Rogers, so let’s take it with big grains…big grains of salt.
