Of the series, I was most worried about yesterday's game. Hopefully Rodon keeps rolling. Collins is clearly starting to gain the favor of our pitching staff.
TA has not been hitting recently, smart to give him the day off. Mendick has been a perfectly adequate utility player in his latest iteration.
I'm still mad that the Sox did not provide Rodon any run support in his amazing start @NYY. They better not pull that again.

This just infuriates me. Down one run, bottom of the third inning, runners on 1st and 2nd, nobody out, and they have Eaton bunting. Of course, they don’t score. I normally may not be opposed to this, but not in the THIRD INNING!!! Typical NL crap, first from Renteria, now TLR. 🤬

Yup, whatever happened to the days of a duck snort, a sac fly, hitting the ball to the opposite field blah blah blah blah blah.... we old timers should just pull the earpiece out and turn off the damn transitor radio and take up gardening and pulling weeds. This crap is maddening to swallow at times.
It's been a while since Yermin really got into a pitch. Anyone else worried?

I never expected Yermin to keep doing what he did in April. There's a reason the guy has been a career minor leaguer. He's coming back down to Earth now, unfortunately it's more rapid than I expected. Was hoping he would remain serviceable until the All Star break, but having doubts about that now.
