    Moncada's Defense

    This is something I've been thinking about. Yoan has been nothing short of spectacular at 3rd this season. Others are starting to notice also. Trib article on his Gold Glove caliber defense:

    A finalist for the American League Gold Glove Award at third base in 2020, Yoán Moncada has continued his strong defense for the Chicago White Sox. According to Fangraphs.com, Moncada is tied for first in the American League with two defensive runs saved.

    Good news on his defense, hopefully he starts hitting soon.
    Now coming up to bat for the White Sox is the Mighty Mite, Nelson Fox.

      Hoped he would start hitting soon and lo and behold he had a very good Friday night with 3 hits including a homer and 3 RBI.

        Moving up to the 3 spot and getting him out of cleanup seems to have made a difference, at least so far. Was hitting .191 in the 4 spot and now hitting .353 in the 3.
