Parking lots and gates to the ballpark will be open: - Two (2) hours prior to first pitch for the Opening Series (April 8-11)
- 90 minutes prior to first pitch for the remainder of the homestand (April 12-15)
If you are arriving to Guaranteed Rate Field by car, your ticket will note your pre-assigned parking lot:- Cars will be physically distanced when parked
- No tailgating will be allowed at this time
- Parking lots will be cashless
- We recommend purchasing parking in advance
Entering the Ballpark:
To enter the ballpark, you must go through your pre-assigned gate:- You will not be able to enter through a different gate
- Your pre-assigned gate will help avoid crowding
- Security at each gate will be color-coded in correlation with your ticket and help lead you to your designated zone in the ballpark
In the ballpark, you will be required to stay within your pre-assigned zone:- This zone will include designated concessions, restroom areas and retail locations
- Fans will not be able to move between levels or outside their zones
- A full list of available concessions
- New mobile ordering - see menus and order directly from the app
