Just letting everyone know a new book on the 1972 White Sox, Dick Allen and what Chicago was like back then is coming out this Fall. Hard to believe it's been almost 50 years since Allen and company gave the A's a run for their money, I like to believe that if Melton hadn't hurt his back, the Sox would have won the division. Should be a good and interesting book.
Lip, does the book have a title?Last edited by LITTLE NELL; 03-27-2021, 04:15 PM.Now coming up to bat for the White Sox is the Mighty Mite, Nelson Fox.
