Former White Sox closer Bobby Jenks has been named the Pioneer League Manager of the Year after his first season.

Nellie had more doubles than strikeouts every year from 1950 to 1963, and more triples (12) than strikeouts (11) in 1951 (682 plate appearances.)

So.....there was someone with managerial experience with a White Sox connection out there who seems to be successful? Didn't we have an opening recently?
